In 2020 a dream started to become real for me. Not only did I start meeting other women but men and kids in motorsports, mainly Sledding, and started gaining a real passion for the sport. 

At the time when I was a Primary Care Paramedic I became more aware of the need to have time for a #mentalhealthescape and to clear my mind after working a long shift at work.

Finally, in May 2021 BackCountry BombSh3lls Foundation was a Registered Not For Profit in Alberta. I was and continue to be excited for the amazing road ahead to help End the Stigma behind Mental Health.

Even though I am not a PCP anymore, it still holds a huge part of my heart, I am now in a totally different career field, but no matter what you do, mental health is key.
